How do you make your own paper rose petal cones for people to throw after the ceremony?

Aylee has a really comprehensive explanation, including materials required, and they're really pretty. Whilst you're there you can have a look at some other things she gives you templates for. I've put this site in my favourites while I'm planning my wedding!

I did a google search on "how to make rose petal cone"
Reply:I did this, too! I got some pretty paper I liked and cut it out in circles, and then just rolled them up and stuck with double-sided tape. It was actually a fun task to get some of the other women in the wedding party together to work on.

I would save the money a skip on these and save your money. Our florists put the petals in a basket and people just grabbed handfuls. The way they put them in the basket, she took the entire rose off the stem. They were placed in the basket to look like whole roses (if that makes sense).
