I think there is something besides a petal and of course besides the button on the amp but I don't remember what it is. If there is, which one is easier? Which one is cheaper?
What else can I use besides a distortion petal to quickly and easily change between drives on my guitar?
Pedal boards are the answer... but they come in all sizes and varieties. I play professionally, and do a lot of recording work: I swear by the Line 6 Pod... the pedal board is noise free and easy to use, and the variety of amp sounds you can get is great. You can get great distorion at low volume levels, which really makes it in a recording situation.
