Does any one have recipes for rose petals?

I have pink and red roses and i want to make something other then jelly or rose water. I would like to make tea and anything else thats not to complicated. I think my kids and family would really enjoy it! they are used to me making things out of the ordinary!

Does any one have recipes for rose petals?
Make pretty, sugared rose petals. Make a thick syrup of one cup water to one cup white sugar. Boil. Reduce the heat. When lukewarm, dip each petal. Set carefully on a plate. The sugar will crystallize, set off the colors, and glitter.
Reply:Rose Tea

Steep 6 Tablespoons of rose petals in 4 cups of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, then sweeten with honey.

Watch closely and allow them to crisp

but not color reserve the best looking ones

these pieces can also be used as garnish. looks nice on vanilla ice cream and other desserts.I hope you like this idea it works for me.
