If petals on tomato flower are curled back, does that mean it has been fertilized and going to fruit?

I'm experimenting with hand pollinization. How to tell if a flower has been pollinated?

If petals on tomato flower are curled back, does that mean it has been fertilized and going to fruit?
Not necessarily. You can see the tomato coming directly behind the bloom. Look between the bloom and the plant.
Reply:Look down the center, if you can see some green growth instead of the stamen, it's pollenated
