I am looking for a dance retailer that sells a mid-thigh length, royal blue skirt (not petal). It could be a dress too, I don't care about the top. I have looked everywhere and no luck, and yes, I have googled it. Preferably it would have a little bit of give in it so that I could wear a crinolin or tutu underneath and have it flair a little.

Discount Dance is VERY VERY BAD when it comes to shoes (pointe shoes) and they sell FAKE arch-enhancers (according to my friend who used them, I haven't, but I have purchased shoes from there after years of fitting). I am not sure about clothing.
